Burwell Community Print is a busy, efficient printing and print-finishing centre which offers a variety of printing and photocopying services at competitive rates. Burwell Community Print is a social training enterprise, a business that trades for a social purpose. We aim to provide vocational training and work experience within a sheltered working environment, for people with learning disabilities, including some people who also have physical disabilities and/or sensory impairment. At the moment, twenty-four people are registered with us, who attend one or two days a week.

Training is an important part of community-based work experience. For several years we have worked in partnership with Cambridge Regional College to provide an accredited training programme, and each year many of our printers achieve certificated modules of the National Skills Profile.

We have an IT suite of ten networked computers with secure broadband internet connection in a room which can be used for training events and workshops. We are able to hire out the suite to businesses, family and community groups, and after-school clubs. For prices and availability, and to discuss hiring the room and suite please email or phone us.
