Complaints 

At Burwell Print Centre, we are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred services to all the individuals we support. We value feedback - including complaints - as an import way to improve our service, maintain trust, and ensure the voices of additional needs, their families, carers, staff, customers and other stakeholders are heard and respected.

We recognise that, at times things may go wrong or fall short of expectations. when this happens. we want to know about it so that we can respond promptly, fairly, and learn from the experience.

These Complaints Procedures outlines how individual can raise concerns or complaints, what they can expect from us in response, and how we will ensure the process is accessible, inclusive, and handled with sensitivity and transparency.

As a social enterprise working with adults with additional need, and occasionally children through work experience and community projects, safeguarding is a fundamental part of our values, culture, and daily operations. everyone at Burwell Print Centre - including staff, volunteers, trustees and partners - has a responsibility to promote a safe, respectful and supportive environment.
